1. Tour Information

Yes. Please inform us in advance as there is meat, dairy, seafood and wheat consumed on the tour. We can easily cater for vegetarians, if advanced notice is given.

Our Food Tours are very sociable tours where we spend a lot of time sitting around, discussing and enjoying the food (and the Alcohol!). As such, they may not be that enjoyable for younger children (under 16).

All our tours last about 3.5 hours

The maximum number of people on all our tours is 12 people.

Of course you can if you enjoy food it should be shared and remembered. Please buy as much as you want, we can even carry a little bit for you if you go food crazy and want to share it back home with all your friends.

Yes, restrooms are available at several locations during each tour.

The Traditional English Food Tour meets in front of No 1 London Bridge.

The Royal Food Tour meets at the Green Park exit of Green Park Underground Station.

The Historical Drinking Tour meets outside the front of Blackfriars Station.

The Traditional Food Tour ends close to London Bridge.

The Royal Food Tour ends on Piccadilly

The Historical Drinking Tour ends close to Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square

If required, we can walk you back to the Underground or direct you to any landmarks to aid your sense of direction!

At the current time our tours are led in English and French.

Our tours typically cover about 2.3 km/1.4 miles of easy, flat walking at a leisurely pace.

2. Preparation

As the tours involve some walking (about 2km / 1.3 miles in total), it is better to wear comfortable shoes and clothes.

3. Reservation

Yes we can do private tours for 4-12 people. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain small and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of any changes to the tour.

4. Weather

All our tours run rain or shine. Even in the case of an absolute deluge we have rain poncho’s to give out and all tours have an inside area at many of the tasting locations. Please look at the weather forecast and dress accordingly.
